Chef Dan is once again preparing small batches of his soups, bento boxes and other delicious meals to go.  On Saturdays we have pick-up spots in  Cambridge, Greenwich, Schuylerville, Saratoga Springs, and Salem NY usually around midday. The menu changes weekly and is posted here early in the week and on social media pages, Instagram and Facebook.

Roasted Organic Beet Salad
w/ local feta, pistachios, pickled onions, caramelized shallot and wild bergamot vinagrette.

Organic beets, Pickled onions, Pistachios, Shallots,Local feta cheese, Olive oil, Wild bergamot vinegar, Spices, Salt, Pepper

White bean and Chorizo Soup
cannellini beans, Niman Ranch uncured chorizo, carrots, onions, leeks, celery, garlic, red bell peppers, Olive oil, ham stock, salt, pepper
